Western North Dakota is expanding rapidly and M.A.C. is on the front end of the growth. There is currently a 289 Acre Mixed-Use development that is moving forward in Dickenson North Dakota. Plans currently call for a 200,000 square foot Tropical Garden Indoor Shopping mall which will house an indoor water park, recreation center, and spa. The shopping mall will also be the base of a 15 story lighthouse to draw attention to the expanding city of Dickenson. Plans also include several commercial sites, a 4 star hotel, and over 700 residential plots to house to increasing population in the region.
