The Bakken Oil Boom is creating a very enique business environment in North Dakota. The most basic of needs are in an extreme demand and lodging is no exception. Due to these unique circumstances quicker construction techniques are required. M.A.C. has workded to develop a system of building that includes modular pre-build units being installed and combined to create the needed structures in a fraction of the time at a signifact discount. This 68,955 square foot hotel is being constructed using this method. M.A.C. is providing the master planning, design, general contracting, and site development services for this project in Killdeer, ND. Plans currently call for the site to also include a C-Store with 2 fueling canopies.
